Academic Calendar

At Queens College of Theology, our academic year generally runs from early August through July, following a traditional college calendar structure. However, students are not limited to a fall start. With rolling admissions and mid-term start options, you can begin your studies at a time that best fits your life and calling.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You ask, we answer

Are there commencements each semester?

No, commencement is only held once per year. If you graduate in the Summer or Fall terms, you are eligible to attend the May commencement.

Do I have to attend classes when the College is closed?

Queens is an online school and does not require students to attend live lectures. If the College is closed, online classes are still loaded and your assignment due dates remain unchanged. College closures only impact staff and faculty.

What if I don't see dates on future semesters?

Whenever the administration offices release the academic calendar, it will be immediately posted here.

What are the deadlines on admission applications?

Queens College of Theology operates on a rolling admission basis, meaning you are able to put in an admission application year round. We allow students start mid-term as long as there is at least 7 weeks remaining in the semester.
