As an online college dedicated to training pastors and ministry leaders, we do not host on-campus visits. However, we’re always happy to welcome you virtually by connecting you with an advisor or counselor who can walk with you, answer your questions, and help you take your next steps.

What To Expect

Assigned Counselor

An academic advisor or counselor will be immediately notified and assigned to you. This person will be your dedicated point of contact—your go-to guide for questions, encouragement, and support throughout the entire admissions process if you choose to join QCT. Once accepted, they will remain your fierce advocate, walking with you every step of the way until the day they proudly process your graduation request.

Meeting

Your assigned admissions advisor or counselor will reach out by email and phone over the course of about three weeks. During this time, our goal is simply to get to know you-your story, your calling, and your goals—and to help guide you in choosing the right school and the right degree program. Our goal is to establish a Google Meet or a call instead of just communicating by e-mail.

Admissions Process

Once your dedicated advisor or counselor has answered all of your questions, you’ll be able to decide whether Queens College of Theology is the right fit for you or if another school better serves your goals. If you choose QCT, your advisor will help prepare your admissions file and personally advocate on your behalf before the admissions committee to get you admitted and enrolled.

Bad Timing

We understand that timing doesn’t always line up. If we’re unable to connect right away, we’ll continue to check in monthly to see how you’re doing and to share updates on what’s new at Queens College of Theology. Whenever you’re ready to reconnect, you’re welcome to complete the form again and restart the process. We’re always here—ready to support you at whatever stage of your academic and calling journey you find yourself.

Virtual Visits

Queens College of Theology does not open our offices to the public as we are an online school, but we know the importance of feeling connected to the staff, your professors and other students. We will offer virtual visits to prospective students so you can meet with your academic team, face to face, who will go over the school and your program.

Where is the campus?

Queens College of Theology operates in the Queen Cities of America: Charlotte, North Carolina and Cincinnati, Ohio.

Charlotte Office

North Carolina is where this school was founded. Currently there is an administrative office located in a co-working office in the Belmont area of Charlotte, North Carolina where our school operates several of it's administrative processes from. This location does not accept mail. It also has a small classroom for us to host events, guest lecturers, and team meetings.
